General Policies:
- Only persons over the age of eighteen (18) years may participate in the AC Movie Pass Affiliate Program.
- Applications will only be accepted for Webmasters within the following countries: Argentina; Australia; Austria; Belgium; Brazil; Canada; Chile; Costa Rica; Denmark; Finland; France; Germany; Greece; Hong Kong & mainland China is not included; Hungary; Ireland; Italy; Japan; Luxembourg; Mexico; Netherlands; New Zealand; Norway; Panama; Portugal; Puerto Rico; Singapore; South Africa; South Korea; Spain; Sweden; Switzerland; United Kingdom; United States; Venezuela.
- An AC Movie Pass Affiliate ID may not be transferred or assigned to any other person or entity. The posting, publication, transfer, assignment, sharing or dissemination of an AC Movie Pass Affiliate ID or any other AC Movie Pass ID is strictly prohibited.
- Fraud, illegal activities, unfair or deceptive trade practices or violation of the AC Movie Pass Affiliate's Terms and Conditions (as amended) will result in immediate termination of your account.
- Any unlawful activities or activities that, within the sole and absolute discretion of AC Movie Pass, may be or are harmful to its reputation, image, goodwill (including but not limited to inappropriate Usenet postings or spamming) will result in immediate termination.
- Illegal content is strictly prohibited. Illegal content includes, but is not limited to: minors, rape, and bestiality. This pertains to everything on the pages you use to drive traffic to AC Movie Pass.
- AC Movie Pass Affiliates are prohibited from sending any web traffic to AC Movie Pass from any web pages with any content, on the web page or in its URL, that might infringe the rights of third parties, including but not limited to: warez, password selling or trading, copyright or trademark or other intellectual property infringement, privacy or right of publicity infringement, use of another's name or a variation thereof without express consent. AC Movie Pass retains the right to terminate any account deemed detrimental to its image or business and does so at its sole discretion at any time with or without prior notice.
- AC Movie Pass will provide you with a selection of banners and advertising materials. You may post as many of these banners and advertising materials on your site(s) as you wish.
- Each AC Movie Pass Affiliate may create their banners and ads for use in the AC Movie Pass Affiliate Program. There is no compensation for making banners and ads.
- AC Movie Pass retains all copyright and ownership in the banners and ads provided by AC Movie Pass. AC Movie Pass hereby grants you the right to post banners and ads provided by AC Movie Pass, solely to advertising and to send traffic to AC Movie Pass to sell AC Movie Pass IDs. Upon the termination of your participation in the AC Movie Pass Affiliate Program, this grant of rights shall cease and you must immediately remove all AC Movie Pass banners and ads from your web sites.
- All AC Movie Pass Affiliates are granted a limited use license to use and display the AC Movie Pass logos, banners, trademarks.
- Violation of the AC Movie Pass limited use license of trademarks and copyrighted materials is prohibited.
- Use of AC Movie Pass trademarks and copyrighted materials to obtain any personal information of an AC Movie Pass customer is strictly prohibited.
- Any failure or delay in the enforcement of the AC Movie Pass Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed a waiver or modification of any terms hereof.
- Interpretation, modification, termination and enforcement of these Terms and Conditions shall, at all times, be within the sole and absolute discretion and control of AC Movie Pass.
- AC Movie Pass reserves the right to change or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Our Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior notification.
- Each AC Movie Pass Affiliate shall indemnify and hold AC Movie Pass harmless from any and all liabilities, claims, damages (including attorney's fees) threatened or incurred as a result of the Affiliate's activities.
- Each AC Movie Pass Affiliate acknowledges that it is their sole responsibility to report, file, and pay any and all applicable taxes.
- No commissions will be paid on fraudulent or illegal transactions and payments may be withheld if fraud is suspected.
- AC Movie Pass Affiliates may not send unsolicited commercial e-mails ("Spamming"). If AC Movie Pass receives a complaint from any source regarding Spamming, AC Movie Pass may terminate your account, without notice, immediately.
- By submitting an application to become a AC Movie Pass Affiliate, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions which shall be construed under the Laws of Panama. Jurisdiction and venue for any dispute arising hereunder shall be in Panama City, Panama.
- By submitting an application to become an AC Movie Pass Affiliate, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions which shall be construed under the Laws of the State of California. Jurisdiction and venue for any dispute arising hereunder shall be in Los Angeles County, California.
- By submitting an application to become an AC Movie Pass Affiliate, the services provided by AC Movie Pass include certain communications from AC Movie Pass, such as service announcements and administrative messages via email or postal mail.
Accounting Policies:
- We send out commission checks to our affiliates twice a month. The first pay period begins on the 9th of the month and ends on the 23rd of the month. Checks for this pay period are generally sent out by the 30th of the same month. The second pay period begins on the 24th of the month and end on the 8th of the following month. Checks for this period are generally sent out by the 16th of the following month. Arrival time of your checks is dependent on the method we send it out, the season as well as the US postal system's time required to deliver in your area or country.
- Commission payments are paid as followings:

- AC Movie Pass records will prevail in determining all statistics including but not limited to the amount of signups, trial conversions, rebills, bonuses, cancellation, credits, refunds and any commissions owed to any Affiliate pursuant to this Agreement.
- AC Movie Pass will register a 1099 for all U.S. domestic entities to which we issue combined yearly payments of $600.00 or more.
Bonus Bucks (80% Fridays)
- 80% payout for every sign-up each Friday
- 80% payout will be paid out on initial sale only - recurring revenue will be paid out on a tiered scale.
- Payout days will remain the same - 9th to 23rd sales paid out on 30th of the month and 24th to 8th sales paid out on the 16th of the month.
- Extra revenue generated by this promotion will be added to your payout on the appropriate payout day.
- Sign-ups generated cannot be from yourself, relative or employee.
- All Fraudulent transactions will be disregarded.
- No commission will be paid if the visitor's payment to our site cannot be tracked directly to your site by our system or if the customer does not make full payment for services to us
